Notice on fees payable in respect of applications and the issuing of rights, permits and licences payable under the Marine Living Resources Act (No. 397 of 2009).

With is Notice the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under section 25 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 prescribes the fees payable in respect of applications and the issuing of rights permits and licenses (application fees, and fees for permits to undertake commercial fishing (including seaweed): to operating a fish processing establishment: to engage in mariculture: to undertake subsistence fishing: to undertake high seas fishing: to undertake fishing in South African waters by foreigners; etc.
