With is Notice the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under section 29 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1988, prescribes levies payable in respect of quantities of fish caught with various fishing methods in South African waters and landed at a South African port.
