Notice made under the Water Research Act on rates and charges for purposes of the Water Research Fund (No. 671 of 2008).

This Notice imposes rates and charges for the purpose of the Water Research Act. Rates and charges for irrigation water supplied from government works shall be calculated on the basis of hectares to be irrigated or, in case of use of water for urban, industrial or domestic purposes and supplied by a statutory body or water management institution, per cubic meter.
