Abstract
This Act establishes the Water Research Commission as a body corporate and defines the general objects of the Commission.
The Commission shall, among other things, promote and carry out research in the field of preservation, conservation, utilization, control, supply, distribution, purification, pollution or reclamation of water supplies and water and use of water for agricultural, industrial or urban purposes. The Act also establishes the Water Research Fund in which shall be deposited all moneys which become payable to the commission.
