Notice made under the Water Research Act on rates and charges for purposes of the Water Research Fund (No. 686 of 2010).

This Notice establishes rates and charges for the purpose of the Water Research Act, 1971. Rates and charges for irrigation water supplied from government works shall be calculated on the basis of hectares to be irrigated or, in case of water made available from a government waterwork for purposes other than the irrigation of land, per cubic meter.
