Notice made under the Water Research Act on rates and charges for purposes of the Water Research Fund (No. 1013 of 2011).

This Notice made by the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs under section 11 of the Water Research Act, 1971, establishes rates and charges for irrigation water supplied from government works for land in terms of section 22(1)(a)(ii) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998), or in respect of which an allocation has been made under Chapter 4 of that Act or for the irrigation of land permitted under the control of an irrigation board or other water management institution established in terms of that Act.
