Abstract
These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to the application of Plant Improvement Act by substituting Schedule A (kinds of plants of which the seed is subject to all provisions), B (kinds of plants which are subject to all provisions except section 27) and C (kinds of plants of which the seed is subject to all provisions except section 27). Section 27 of the Act stipulates that no person shall export from the Republic any plant or propagating material unless in possession of a certificate from the registrar authorising such export.
