Abstract
These Regulations defines the plant species and seeds to which (various specified provisions of) the Plant Improvement Act shall apply. The Act shall apply as a whole to seed of plant species listed in Schedule and in part, as specified, to plant species and planting material listed in the other Schedules to these Regulations.
