Regulations to amend the Regulations made under section 28 of the Animal Improvement Act (No. R. 275 of 2006).

These Regulations amend Regulations made under section 28 of the Animal Improvement Act by substituting for Table 1 of the principal Regulations the table attached to these Regulations. This Table specifies fees for applications for, among other things: registration as an inseminator, semen collector, embryo transplanter or embryo collector; registration of premises; approval of an animal as donor of genetic material; and authorization of importation of animals or genetic materials.
