These Regulations amend the Regulations for the management of white shark cage diving by substituting for Annexure 1 of the Regulations a new Annexure on available permits and areas of operation and in regulation 4 by the insertion in subregulation (2) after the words "The current areas" of the following words: "and number of permits per area".
