Abstract
These Regulations provide for the protection of white sharks and seek to increase eco-tourism regarding white sharks and provides rules for tourism activities involving white sharks.
No person shall kill or harass a white shark without a permit. The Minister may determine the number of white shark cage diving permits and the areas of operation taking into account the criteria set out in these Regulations.
