Regulations amending the Regulations made under the Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (No. R. No. 130 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Genetically Modified Organisms by substituting the Table to these Regulations for Table 2 in Annexure A of the principal Regulations. Table 2 specifies fees for: applications in relation with importation of GMO’s, contained use of GMO’s, trail release and general release and marketing; appeal; fast tracking; GMO status certificates; and registration of facilities.
