Regulations amending the Regulations made under the Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (No. R. No. 175 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Genetically Modified Organisms by inserting a new Table for Table 2 of the principal Regulations. Table 2 specifies fees for: applications in relation with importation of GMO’s, contained use of GMO’s, trail release of GMO; general release or commodity clearance; appeal; extension permit; commodity use permit; and registration of facilities.
