Regulations amending the Regulations made under the Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (R. No. 131 of 2019).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Genetically Modified Organisms by substituting a new Table for Table 2 of the principal Regulations. Table 2 specifies fees for: applications in relation with importation and exportation of GMO’s; contained use of GMO’s; trail release and general release of GMO's; appeal; extension of existing field trial or contained use permit; registration of facilities; and commodity use permit.
