Regulations amending the Regulations made under the Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (R. No. 478 of 2005).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Genetically Modified Organisms by substituting a new Table for Table 2 of the principal Regulations. The Table specifies, fees for, among other things, applications for importation or contained use of GMO’s, trail or general release, appeals, certification of status of GMO’s and registration of facilities.
