Regulations amending the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material (No. R. 131 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material by substituting the Table to these Regulations for Table 1 of the principal Regulations. Table 1 specifies fees for, among other things, issuing of an export certificate, registration of premises under section 7 of the Plant Improvement Act, variety listing and various applications.
