Regulations amending the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material (No. R. 770 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material with respect to the germination viability and purity of seeds and relative examination and sampling. The Regulations also replace the Schedule H of the principal Regulations regarding the model of test, examination or analysis report of seed.
