Regulations amending Regulations relating to sterilizing plants (R. No. 736 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Sterilizing Plants in the interpretations and in relation with, among other things: the form of an application in terms of section 3 of the Act for registration or renewal of registration of a sterilizing plant; requirements regarding the processing of material for farm feed; importation of animal by-products; sterilization methods for fish and fish by-products; inspection of the State Veterinary Official; compliance and validation inspections; and internal control and monitoring.
