Abstract
These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to wheat products by replacing regulation 7 with a new regulation. The new regulation 7 redefines quality standards for wheaten bread, being one of the classes of wheaten products as defined in the principal Regulations. Wheaten bread shall be deemed to comply with the a requirement relating to the dry solids content, if it deviates with not more than 5 gram from the minimum prescribed for white bread, brown bread or whole-wheat bread.
