Abstract
These Regulations place restrictions on the sale of products obtained from the milling, rolling or crushing of cleaned wheat produced in or imported into South Africa and placed on the domestic market. The Regulations also: define classes for wheat products and prescribe quality standards for each class of product; prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of wheat products; and prescribe sampling and testing methods.
