Regulations for the proper administration of special nature reserves, national parks and world heritage sites; Amendment (No. R. 622 of 2014).

These Regulations amend the Regulations for the proper administration of special nature reserves, national parks and world heritage sites in regulation 2 so as to make the principal Regulations applicable to al special nature reserves, national parks and world heritage sites excluding the Vredefort World Heritage Site and in regulation 45 by omitting from the definition of living specimen of a protected species the words "listed threatened or". Regulation 45 prohibits, without the prior written authorisation of a management authority, within a special nature reserve, national park or world heritage site the undertaking, giving support or participating in any restricted activity including killing or capture of protected species.
