Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material: amendment (No. R. 86 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material by substituting Tables 1 and 8. Table 1 prescribes fees for services such as issue of certificates, registration of premises, variety listing and examination of samples. Table 8 lists varieties in respect of which certification is required.
