Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material: amendment (No. R. 2 of 2016).

These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to establishments, varieties, plants and propagating material by substituting Table 1 of Annexure A. Table 1 specifies fees for a wide variety of services to be performed by plant health authorities and for applications for and issuing of export certificates, variety listing, etc.
