The Regulations also: define quality classes of fresh fruit and prescribe quality standards for each class; prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling (including traceability) of fresh fruit and make provision for sampling, testing and inspection of citrus fruit. No person shall use any false or misleading labelling. The Tables set out general and specific quality requirements and methods of inspection.
