Regulations relating to the grading, packing and marking of soya beans intended for sale in the Republic of South Africa (No. R. 478 of 2014).

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Agriculture has under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 place restrictions on the sale of soya beans produced in or imported into South Africa and placed on the domestic market. The Regulations also define quality grades of soya beans and prescribe quality standards for each grade, prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of soya beans and make provision for sampling, testing and inspection of soya beans.
