Abstract
These Regulations declare, for the purposes of section 2(1)(b)(i) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972, any foodstuffs listed in the Schedule to these Regulations containing, when measuring with accredited analytical methods lead, copper, mercury, zinc, cadmium, arsenic, tin and antimony in amounts greater than the amount indicated for the relevant foodstuff, to be contaminated, impure, decayed, harmful or injurious to human health.
