Regulations relating to Plant Breeders’ Rights: Amendment (No. R. 1032 of 2015).

These Regulations amend the Regulations on Plant Breeders’ Rights in Table 1. That Table specifies plant varieties in respect of which a plant breeders’ right may be granted, and specifies the period for which the plant breeder's right is granted and the period of sole right.
