Regulations relating to Plant Breeders’ Rights; Amendment (No. R. 128 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Regulations to plant breeders’ rights by substituting the Table to these Regulations for Table 2 of the principal Regulations. Table 2 specifies fees for, among other things, applications, examination of a plant breeders’ right, notice of transfer of a plant breeders’ right and annual fees.
