Regulations relating to Plant Breeders’ Rights; Amendment (No. R. 132 of 2019).

These Regulations amend the Plant Breeders’ Rights Regulations of 1997 in Table 2 with respect to fees payable for applications for the grant of a right, claim of priority, objection to grant a plant breeders’ right, various examinations (including examination of sample to determine varietal purity), etc.
