Regulations relating to Plant Breeders’ Rights: Amendment (No. R. 4 of 2016).

These Regulations amend the Regulations on Plant Breeders’ Rights in Table 2. That Table specifies fees payable with respect to plant breeders' rights including fees for application for the plant breeders' right; examination fees; a claim to give priority in terms of section 8(2) of the act to an application for the grant of the plant breeders' right; an objection to the grant of a plant breeders' right; annual fee for a plant breeders' right; an application for the issue of a compulsory licence in respect of a plant breeders' right; a notice of the voluntary surrender of plant breeders' right.
