Schedule B of fees determined in terms of section 25(1) and (2) of the Marine Living Resources Act, 18 of 1998 (No. 1142 of 2015).

This Notice is made by the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in terms of section 25(1) and (2) of the Marine Living Resources Act, 18 of 1998. It set out fees for purposes of that section for specified fisheries ( fees for applications and for quotas (grant of right) payable by successful applicants. Quota fees may be paid per: ton, crew member, vessel or assigned area.
