Ship Registration Amendment Regulations (No. R 729 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Ship Registration Regulations of 2002 in regulation 12 by adding to the category of ships that may not be registered, ships used solely on any dam or other inland waters contemplated in section 3(9) of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1951.
