Abstract
These Regulations prescribe standards and requirements regarding litchis in respect of which an approval for the export is required in terms of section 4 of the Agricultural Products Standards Act. The Regulations prescribe quality classes and concern, among other things, quality standards, packing, marking and traceability of products. Quality requirements also concern treatment with chemicals and content of biological or chemical contaminant.
