Abstract
This Notice, according to Section 11 of the Water Research Act n. 34/1971, empowers the Minister of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation to increase the water research levy by 4.2% from 01 July 2021 to 30 June 2022, in respect of a determined amount of land where water use and irrigation is permissible, in terms of Section 22 of National Water Act n. 36/1998.
