Animal Health (Livestock Cleansing) Order, 2014 (S.I. No. 16 of 2014).

This Order specifies livestock cleaning areas for purposes of the Animal Health Act, 2010 and requires owners of livestock that is infested with ticks to carry out cleansing once and cleansing of all livestock at regular intervals as prescribed. Veterinary Assistants and dip-tank attendants shall maintain cleansing records which shall state the date, species, number and categories of animals cleansed during the prescribed period.
