Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) (Amendment) Order, 2006 (S.I. No. 69 of 2006).

This Order, made under the Control Of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Regulations, amend the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Order in the Second Schedule by inserting sugar. The Second Schedule lists goods for the import of which a permit issued under paragraph 3 of the principal Regulations is required.
