Abstract
This Order, made under the Control Of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Regulations, provides for the control of a wide variety of scheduled goods. It empowers the issuing authority to issue a permit authorizing: (a) the import into the Republic of Zambia of any goods listed in the Second Schedule; (b) the export from the Republic of Zambia of any goods listed in the Third Schedule and provides forms for permits. The Order states certain exceptions in relation to the import and export of goods and prescribes special provisions regarding the issue of permits in terms of the Stock Diseases Act.
