Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Agriculture) Regulations (Cap. 421).

These Regulations empower the Minister to make Statutory Orders prohibiting, restricting or otherwise controlling the import into or the export from the Republic of Zambia of controlled goods, i.e. any goods specified in the Schedule or any class of such goods. An order made under these Regulations prescribe the terms and conditions subject to which controlled goods or any class of such goods may be imported into or exported from the Republic of Zambia. Controlled goods include vegetables, seeds for planting, manure, fruit, fish, (game) meat, eggs, oils and vaccines, toxins, sera and analogous biological products
