Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Forest Produce) (Prohibition of Importation) Order, 2017 (S.I. No. 31 of 2017).

This Order, made by the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, under regulation 3 of the Control of Goods (Import and Export) (Forest Produce) Regulations, 2017, bans the importation of the goods specified in the Schedule (timber logs of specifies tree species). A permit issued for the importation of the goods specified in the Schedule is revoked. Import is allowed for use of controlled goods as electricity transmission poles.
