Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the inland Water Shipping Act by prescribing rules relative to navigation by all vessels (including fishing vessels) in inland waters declared as such under section 10 of the Act by the President. They provide for navigation marks, prescribe rules of behaviour and use of equipment so as to avoid collisions, and regulate radio and other communications.
