Abstract
These Regulations provide rules for the functioning of local markets. They shall apply to those markets as the Minister may declare after consultation with a local authority. No person shall in a market sell anything other than goods as defined by these Regulations or sell any goods in any public place other that a market within a radius of two miles from the centre of a market. The Regulations set out general rules for the functioning of markets and prohibit the sale of game meat and beer. Some of the rules concern the hygiene of food.
