National Parks and Wildlife (Licence and Fees) Regulations (Cap. 201).

These Regulations provide for the granting of various licences, permits, authorities, certificates, etc. in relation with hunting of and trade in wildlife animals and parts or products thereof and related matters such as registration, record keeping and the payment of fees. Forms of licences and application for licences are set out in the First Schedule. A district game licence shall authorise the licensee to hunt the game animals specified therein in accordance with the terms and conditions so specified and in the numbers so specified. Other hunting licences are: bird licences, national game licences, elephant licences, safari licences, supplementary safari licences, daily record to be kept by professional hunters, special licences, professional hunter's licences, apprentice professional hunter's licences, professional tour guide's licences, and resident's permit for Game Management Area. Regulation provides for a Certificate of Ownership of Trophies. Remaining provisions deal with the (international) trade in trophies, ivory and rhinoceros horn, wild animals, meat and live birds. Every trophy dealer shall keep and maintain a register in form as set out in the First Schedule. (31 regulations)
