National Parks and Wildlife (Night Game Drives) Regulations, 1997 (S.I. No. 49 of 1997).

Any tourist operator wishing to conduct a night game drive for the purpose of game viewing shall apply to the Director in writing. Tourist operators based inside a national park shall pay a higher fee per vehicle per month for purposes of night drives than tourist operators based oustide a national park. It shall be an offence for any tourist operator to conduct night game drives without authorization (no penalty specified). (5 articles)
