Abstract
These By-laws of the Nuyimba District specify levies on sale within or export from the District Council area of domesticated fowl, guinea fowl, turkey, goose, duck, pigeon or any part thereof. A person shall not sell in or export from the area any birds for which no levy has been paid. The bird levy shall be paid at a specified check-point. The collector shall immediately issue a receipt upon payment of levy. (6 by-laws)
