Abstract
These By-laws of the Nuyimba District specify levies on sale within or export from the District Council area of any cubic meter of timber (as defined). A person shall not sell in or export from the area any timber for which no levy has been paid. The levy shall be paid at a specified check-point. The collector shall immediately issue a receipt upon payment of levy. (6 by-laws)
