Water Board (Charges and Fees) Regulations (Cap. 198).

These Regulations prescribe: fees on application for water right expressed in fee units in respect of every application for a water right for land of a specified size; fees to be paid for the registration of any order made under section 31 of the Act, fees to be paid for the registration of a water right under section 45 of the Act; fees to be paid in respect of an application for the renewal of a water right, charges to be paid by water right holders for the water they will abstract expressed in fee units for a specified quantity of water abstracted in a day; charges on application for renewal of water right; charges on application for temporary water right; and charges to be paid in respect of an application for the temporary use of water expressed in fee units for a specified quantity of water abstracted in a day.
