Abstract
These Regulations amend the Animal Health (Import)(Amendment) Regulations, 1989, by inserting a regulation (10) on fees specified in the Sixth Schedule for the port health inspections relating to the import and export referred to in regulation 9 of the principal Regulations. Collection of any fees in terms of these regulations shall be done through the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority established in terms of the Revenue Authority Act or any other agent designated by the Minister.
