Abstract
These Regulations, made under the Control of Goods Act, provide for the control on the importation and exportation of (endangered species of) wildlife and trophies.
The Regulations specify permit requirements for the import or export of wildlife, trophies and controlled goods and provide for control through inspections by inspectors to be appointed by the Minister and the requirement to furnish information imposed on permit holders. The Regulations also define offences and prescribes penalties for such offences.
