Parks and Wildlife (Import and Export) (Wildlife) Regulations 1998.

Pursuant to the Zimbabwe Parks and Wild Life Act [Chapter 20:14], the Parks and Wildlife (Import and Export) (Wildlife) Regulations set rules and principles as regards the transit, trade and management of wildlife (also fish species, aquatic organisms, plants, seeds) and wildlife game trophies or controlled animal deriving goods. It is forbidden to import or export any of these wildlife and wildlife game trophies if not accompanying with: an open general permit; permit; transit permit; certificate that is issued in terms of section 5 of this text. This text further defines different procedural matters related to these topics, including designated offences and penalties.
