Abstract
These Regulations amend the Mining (General) Regulations, 1977 by replacing Schedule 2, which prescribes miscellaneous fees for the purposes of the Mines and Minerals Act. Fees concern registration as a prospector, prospecting and exploitation licences, also for extraction of mineral oils, natural gas and nuclear energy source material.
